Tryouts will be held at the Philipsburg-Osceola Middle School located at 200 Short Street Philipsburg, PA 16866.
Tryouts will be held on the following dates:
Saturday, October 17th, 2026
- • 8:00am-9:00am, Grades 3-6 (Boys)
- • 9:00am-10:30am, Grades 7-12 (Boys)
- • 11:00am-12:00pm, Grades 7-12 (Girls)
- • 12:00pm-1:00pm, Grades 3-6 (Girls)
***Note: Registration Packet due by Saturday, October 4th, 2026 for this tryout
Sunday, February 14th, 2027
- • 8:00am-9:00am, Grades 3-6 (Boys)
- • 9:00am-10:30am, Grades 7-12 (Boys)
- • 11:00am-12:00pm, Grades 7-12 (Girls)
- • 12:00pm-1:00pm, Grades 3-6 (Girls)

***Note: all student-athletes will need to submit a copy of their birth certificate with their registration. For returning student-athletes, please email us at contact@centralpalions.com to confirm that we have your birth certificate on file.

The non-refundable fees are as follows:
- • $400 (individual)
- • $700 (2 person family)
- • $1,050 (3 person family)
The registration fee is non-refundable and is due upon enrollment in the program and no later than February 28th, 2027. As a team, we will be conducting fundraisers for our program. The fundraiser opt-out fee is a $200 non-refundable fee for student-athletes to participate in the program. You can submit payment securely online by visiting https://centralpalions.square.site/ or submit a check or money order made payable to Central PA Lions to the address listed above.

- • Wait for member approval from the site administrator.
- • Once approved, you can access the necessary forms to try out.
